Advertiser shall issue payment therefore within 30 days from the date of the short term rate invoice. In the event Advertiser fails to make such short term rate payment as aforesaid, then Media Provider shall have the option to deem Advertiser’s short rate cancellation right rescinded and void, in such event Advertiser shall be deemed immediately liable to Media Provider for all sums for advertising contracted for herein, less any sums previously paid by Advertiser hereunder.
